Do I need an internet connection to use Menu-Minder?
Yes. Menu-Minder uses the internet to move the files from your computer to our operations center. If you can browse the net you can use Menu-Minder.

I don't have a web site. Does Menu-Minder do web sites?
Yes, we can get you your own site very quickly and affordably.

I do not use MenuPro software to create my menus. Can I still publish them using Menu-Minder?
Yes. While MenuPro has made it very easy to publish documents to the web, you can use whatever software you want to to create your menus or other documents your want to publish. Publishing is a 2-step process:
1) when you finish editing the document you want to publish, you create an Adobe Acrobat PDF file by printing the document to the PDFWriter printer.
2) you transfer the PDF file to Menu-Minder using FTP. For complete details click (here).

Can I publish other documents and not just Menus using Menu-Minder?
Yes. In fact you can publish anything you want, to any 'endpoint'. If you only want to publish to the web, not problem. If you have a document you want to publish to a list of fax numbers only, that is easy too. The same can happen with email. Menu-minder was created to handle any type of publication you might want to distribute.

How do I sign up for the service?
You sign up by filling in the online Signup form (here). After we receive your application we will email you a welcome kit which includes everything you need to get started.

How am I billed?
Your credit card will be billed monthly for the service.

What if I make a mistake in a document I already published? Can I stop deliveries that are in progress?
Once you submit a menu or other document for delivery it is automatically scheduled and cannot be stopped. Make sure what you publish is correct! If you find you have made a mistake just republish the corrected version again.
